first time build...1950 chevy 3600

I'm from central Wisconsin. I've got a 1950 3600 that I've been working on for about 6 months now. I have a 1990 s10 frame with a 350 and a 700r4 trans. 4x4 s10 rear end. The chassis is already for the body. But have a lot of work yet. The truck I'm building has rotting above the windshield and in the seam on the back of the cab. Bought a donor truck with all the body parts I need. Plan is to chop the roofs off each truck and swap them. Once that's done the body will go on the s10 chassis. This is where I need help. Once the body is on I need wiring, rims and tires, fuel tank, nice set of bucket/racing seats, steering column, and gauges. There's more but I can remember at the moment. My plan for is to bag this truck this winter so I want to get a tank for the box. The gauges are going to have to be electronic. Any help with what and/or where to get this stuff would be very much appreciated!

Phone won't upload pics. Will post some later. Thanks in advanced!
