Flip kit Questions

Okay.. Bout to do a flip kit on a 86 silverado.. couple of questions.. I attached a picture of the shackles and hangers (correct me here if I'm wrong on the names) I am trying to do this without removing the bed.. and not doing a c-notch right now..
1. Is this correct from factory? (image)
2. the top bolt on this is hard to get to with the bed on.. can I just remove the bottom bolt from this and remove the leaf spring or do both bolts need to come out?
3. Anyone else done a flip kit with the bed on?

Removing the bump stops as well..was just gonna grind off the rivets.. any easier solutions?

Thanks
