Dual compressor and tank plumbing. Which option (pic inside)

I ordered a kit off slam specialties and I'm trying to figure out how to plumb the tanks from the compressor. There were no instructions with the kit so I laid everything out and got it some what figured out with the exception of how to run the compressors.

Which option will function best?

Option 1: One compressor per tank

Option 2: Both compressor to one tank

These are the bags of fitting they sent and labeled.
