'71 Shift Linkage vs. Longtube Headers

I'm in the planning stages of a 5.3/4L60E swap in my '71 C10. My hopes are to use the factory column shift linkage with the 4L60E, but also run full length headers. I've been considering the 2nd gen F-body swap headers but haven't found any info in regards to them clearing a shift linkage.

Are there any lsx headers that will clear a factory shift linkage?
Would I be better off converting a cable with my column shift?

Any insight on this would be appreciated. Thanks.
