69 C-10 help in MD

Long time follower, first time poster.

I have a 1969 C-10 which I am the third owner of. I found it at a yard sale near me a few years ago and my girlfriend at the time, now wife, bought it for me as a surprise gift. It has spent most of its life garage kept.

I want to do some preventive maintenance to it and was wondering if anyone knows any reputable shops in the Annapolis, MD area that specialize in classic vehicles. I wouldn't mind doing some of the work myself but my wife is against that unless I find someone that has been restoring vehicles for years. I am due for an oil change and would like to have the fuel filter replaced. I would also like to have the vehicle looked over to take care of any other upcoming issues there may be.

I am also having an issue where in the past few months, the gas gauge is no longer working correctly and stays on E or just above E. I figure it probably needs a new float.

I plan on going to some local car shows/gatherings to meet people who also have similar trucks to get their feedback and hopefully make a few friends.
