2002 5.3 need help troubleshooting

I have a wrecked Silverado, has been sitting for a while(4 yrs ,bought it is way). Just replaced fuel pump. Getting gas to fuel rails. Engine turns over normally. Does not fire.
When I spray ether into the throttle body it does fire, almost like a back fire.

Just so u know, the front clip has been removed. This make easy access to the engine but there were a couple of grounds I had to attach.

All the needed fuses appear to be good. My thoughts are maybe clogged injectors, but am also pondering that not ALL would be completely closed...
Seems I would have some sputtering...

Toss some ideas/suggestions out, please

Rich
