converting a 69 Longhorn to a dually
I'm converting a 69 Longhorn with a Eaton rear end to a flat bed dually. For the front I have dually hubs from a 72 tow truck. Is there a difference between the dual wheel and single wheel spindles or will I also require the spindles from the 72 tow truck?
As for the rear I'm guessing all I have to do is install longer studs? If required I can also purchase the dually rear end or just the drums from the same 72 tow truck, but I believe the tow truck rear is a Dana 60. |
