Question about horn button retainer

I bought a new steering wheel and a horn button retainer kit. I know this has been talked about before. My question is what order does the spring, spring rod and plastic piece go into the steering wheel that touches the signaling cam? Its the 3 pieces on the right. Then also how does the steel concave washer sit on the spring that make contact with the horn? Can't figure it out
