They are basically the same but there are a few differences. The frame horns are different, the radiator crossmember is not there, the radiator support mounts need to be moved, the rear cab mount brackets need moved, and I think that is it.
Before you go to all this work, make sure you know what the laws are in your state or county regarding a vehicle with different VIN's on the frame and body. If it were my truck and I did not have the means to perform the work myself, I would check into what it would cost to have your original frame shortened. Compare that to what you will have to pay for the '69 frame plus the modifications necessary to mount your body and bumper.
