We do offer motor mounts, and to add a little clarification, the Dropmember you are referring to lowers the truck in the crossmember by approx 3 inches. This does move the drivetrain up, but it's just over 1 1/2 inches not 3. Clearances do begin to get tight at the trans tunnel. We recommend installing a large hump trans tunnel to gain the extra clearance needed. Once you do a body drop you will lose another 3/4 inches.... The cab floor will need some additional mods at that point.
