anyone know how to install new doorglass on a 53?

i bought new door glass and all new felt strips and rubber seals, i done took the vent window and frame out and installed the new rubber on the vent windows and have installed new sweepers on the doors and bonded the new glass to the window slider track. now im at the point i need to get the door glass back into the door, i know from taking the old one out with no felt and already took track off bottom of glass it was a hassle and barely got it out. dont want to mess up the new glass trying to fight it into the door so does anyone know a trick or have the correct way to install the new glass?
