door frame sheet metal piece
What's the name - if any - of the strip of sheet metal that runs along the top of the door frame in the truck cab? Something like 22" in length. There's a seam on each end of it that mates with the front and rear sections of the door frame.
The below pic (borrowed from the 6066gmcclub) is referencing the VIN tag posted there. The frontward seam is visible in this pic. Is it a singular piece or part of a larger section of sheet metal?
