I've been using encapsulator for years, and I keep having to relearn the same lessons over and over.
1. WEAR GLOVES YOU IDIOT. EVERY TIME. I say I'm going to, and I never do. My hands still look like a spotted cow. 2. It dries very quickly, unless the sun is going down in an hour and you put on the 2nd coat before the 1st one dries enough, then it takes FOREVER to dry! 3. It goes right through jeans. See Lesson #1. Anyway, I wire wheeled and encapsulated the mounting flange on the tank, then when that was dry (because I waited for the 1st coat to dry first!) I was able to shoot it with a fresh coat of bedliner.
