Rubber vent connector?

This is on a 1975 C10 350 2 barrel motor vin “V”.

I need to replace the orange rubber hose in the picture, what is the correct part to use?
The original black rubber hose became hard as a rock and no longer sealed the steel tube to the breather.
The orange hose in the picture is ¾ heater hose and is much to stiff to work properly.

Thanks
Ron.
