whats the big sprin?
Sorry never took any pics.I had the seat of my 71 gmc long box out yesterday to put in new carpet .On the inside of the pass door just below the door latch there is a big spring.Does not seem to be doing anything.Just wondered what it was for.Looks like a bolt going through post holds it there.
