smog legal engine
since i live in the city, well kind of, and i have to be smog legal. the original 305 is still strong, but soon will be replaced with something that can move a bit faster. are there any smog legal crate engines that arn't ram jet? my ultimate goal would have a 6.0 out of a new truck, but i dont have the funding to do so. im working with a 4k or so budget. thanks for your replies!
