Pics of the Atlanta Chevrolet plant

I drove by and took these today. These are cell phone pics so not too good. This is where some of our trucks, including mine, were made. I think this is sad, as I remember when a lot of folks were making a decent living working here. The first pic was a show room where they displayed the new models. The second pic is part of the assembly area but I don't know exactly what work took place right there. This was all inside of the assemble building back then. This was one of GM's most efficient plants back when it was up and going, but they shut it down rather than retooling it for a model change.
Atlanta used to have a Ford, Chevy, and B.O.P. (Buick, Olds, Pontiac) plant but now they are all closed down. The B.O.P. plant is still standing waiting for someone to buy it and tear it down.
