Hello from sunny fla

New member from so fla ,I have had many chevy trucks in my life ,all chevys but the best to me are the 88-98 models by far .Don,t get me wrong they are all cool but I am tired of fixing rusty sheet metal ,lol at present Im trying to do a shortbed 97 gmc work truck ,I have a 98 z28 that I drag race that has a big 6.0 ls engine in it ,so I got a 5.3 for this project ,and plan to keep the 5 speed in the truck ,been lurkin for a while thought it,s time to sign up .Some of the trucks here are just beautiful ,with a ton of money spent on them .Im retired so just like to tinker with these trucks .White truck is one I just sold was a beauty ,but new owner had to have it ,so will be putting up pics of my little short bed now and then thanks for a great site
