Steering column parts questions

I have the classic floppy wheel sydrome, so I pulled everything apart and found that the 4 screws are tight, But have no bearings. What is left of the lower race is still there and I think there was part of the upper race/keeper still there.
I have spent a while looking for replacement bearings and parts, but everything I keep coming up says it only fits ____ (jeeps or A/G body). I did find parts that fit a 78 and up truck column, but I'm sitting here looking at an early year 77 K20 that is stuck in the driveway.

QUESTION - Did GM change that much in the tilt column between the years and car/truck, or will the bearings I need be generic part for a GM tilt
