1961 GMC Pickup,buying advice needed - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Recently found a 61 GMC pickup , V6 3 on the tree. originally from north Dakota. Looks to be fairly untouched ,original paint, solid frame and floor , cab corners good, motor sounds good. Truck needs windshield ,carb , possible gas tank, rear bumper. Im sure other stuff, hes asking $4500. Is this a decent price ? Any advice appreciated.
