Transmission dipstick tube help.....

So I'm about to have my Turbo 350 transmission rebuilt and need to replace the old beat up tube. Can someone please tell me where to get a good one? Did the stock tube attach to the bell housing? It's been out of the truck so long now I can't remember where the tube attached to..... Also, is 27" the correct length? I've looked at Summit and Jegs and so many of the ones they sell have gotten bad reviews.

Thanks for the suggestion.
