That depends on how much fabricating you want to do. For starters, the '98-'02 F-body wheel stud pattern is 5 x 4.65" not 5 x 4.75". The front rotors are separate from the hubs, so you would have to either buy the aftermarket aluminum hubs or figure out a cheaper alternative

I don't know if the '98-'02 booster fits my booster brackets or not. I do not know the stud mounting pattern.

Yes that is correct for the front rotors. I will see if I can find that thread with the specifics.
