Questions about New Wheels+Tires and Stance for my 1966 C10 - Please Help!

Hello,

I have a 1966 c10 short bed, fleetside. It has the axels, braking, and suspension from a 1981 C10 truck.

So, here is where the truck is heading at this point.

It will be red with a white roof. I want it to look more like a classic old truck than a street rod. I had planned on 15" rally wheels, but I think I want to update the wheels and tire size.

I am leaning toward a retro styled wheel, maybe chrome, but in a more modern (probably 18") size. I want the wheels to look like a combination onf1966 and 2015, if that makes sense. I want them to match the old truck perfectly, but look modern

-Questions

-What size wheels and tires can I use?
-Any suggestions on a wheel that would fit my needs?
-How would 18" wheels look with the stock ride height?

I may consider lowering the truck, but I'm leaning away from it at this point.

Thanks!,
Jason
