Anyone running a Boyd Welding tank please come on in

I installed a Boyd welding tank in my 1966 C20. I need to know what to use to plug the fuel tank drain plug. The thread size is 3/8" NPT. Boyd's does not show a drain plug on there website. I emailed them and they said they don't sell one.

I went to Lowe's and bought a 3/8" NPT brass plug. I put permatex thread sealant that said is safe for gasoline on the threads but it's still leaking.

So what did you use?

Thanks, Matt
