rough ride issue

Hey everyone, I have a 76 1500 that has 2"drop spindles and 2"drop springs in the front and flip kit in the rear. I didn't install any of it, it was all on the truck when I bought it.

To me the truck is a super rough ride. I think it's in the rear but I'm not sure. Should I take a leaf out of the rear or maybe even think about doing a coil over conversion? I'm not plain on doing much hauling with her but I do want a nice ride for my 2 year old son and girlfriend.

Thanks for any advice as I have very little knowledge on trucks or suspension. Also if I should do the conversation please through ,e some suggestions on kits and combo packages.
