Cool Video troubleshooting? No start?

1984 c10 305 4 barrel edelbrock 1406, th350
No start has gas in driver tank, only using one tank. Plugs are .45 gap the timing on damper is 4 btdc, new fuel pump, lines and clear filter fuel is getting up to the carb. New arc seal in distributor cap. Firing order is right, but the two of the plugs don’t look great most are sooty and two are rusty, they aren’t even a year old. As always your help is greatly appreciated.
