TCS and EEC routing

Currently my TCS is bypassed. I would like to connect as original. Can anyone tell me if the vacuum source is the carb, on passenger side, behind choke? Also the carb line of the fuel canister is disconnected and I do not know where it goes.

I am hoping to get these two items back to factory. Ive looked as some assembly pages but am not finding any clarity.
