'72 C10 with leafsprings jack ?

I am the original owner of a '72 C10 with G50 leaf springs and G70 heavy-duty springs. This is the jack that came with the truck. The jack and lug wrench are different then the ones that came with my coil spring truck. Does anyone know if the jack pictured is what came with leaf spring trucks or was this a fluke? Does anyone else have this same jack? The jacking and storing instructions were different also. They were destroyed when the truck was repainted. I am interested in getting a copy of those instructions if anyone has them. Any info is appreciated. Thanks. Ken
