250 manifold vacuum ports differences

I am replacing my intake manifold on a 250 6 cylinder and the replacement manifold I purchased does not have a vacuum port on the top of the manifold like my original one has. I was using the one on top for the PCV valve and the one on the side for my power brake booster. Can I use the side port for both PCV and brake booster or do I need to look for another manifold?
