Carpet or mat hold down strips?

Hi all, I don't know what I have here and was hoping to see if it's ok to ask. I will be honest, these are going to be for sale, but without knowing what they are I can't give info. I did some searching in the for sale section to try to learn but didn't really get much info. They may not be in good enough condition to sell even.

All I do know is that they are way different than the ones in my '70 Jimmy that are carpet hold downs. The side tailgate weatherstrip hold downs are about an inch shorter than my '70, but I'm sure they haven't been cut. They were supposed to be from a '71 or '72 Jimmy that was already parted out when I got these. The long ones seem to fit my '70 but mine are good and as I said very different.

If this is against the rules please delete. I didn't read anything in the rules that suggested that this is not allowed.
