Body lift... Who has done it? Whats involved?

I know some people hate it, but just asking what's involved when lifting a body maybe 3 or 4 inches?

If anyone has detailed pics to help show any extensions to linkages etc that would be great.

My truck is running a 350 small block with 3 speed automatic.

I know the radiator cowl will need trimming, is there any 'major' work that needs to be done or is it all pretty straight forward?
