I'm considering swapping a 5.3/4l60e into my 1990 K5. I'm hoping I can get suggestions on header or manifold for the swap. I have done research, and I do know the truck manifolds don't really clear with out frame modification, and that is something I don't want to do. I also know that trailblazer SS manifold will work, as well as some F body manifold and headers.

Does any one have links or other suggestions? Any information regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

I used these Hooker cast iron headers on my swap. If the TBSS manifolds will work on your application these should too....
