What is the correct way to remove LS wiring plugs?

Afternoon All,

So, threw my 5.3 into the recently vacated hole left by my small block.

All just balanced in there at the moment as still need a gearbox.

However, want to take the opportunity to clean, paint the engine and route the wires properly. Question is, what is the correct way to remove the electrical plugs?

Started trying to pull the injector harness off and I felt as if I was going to break something, well I am a bit of a Neanderthal when it comes to stuck stuff.

Probably a really basic question but if you could advise I would appreciate it.

Many thanks,

P.

If it goes wrong, I blame the Internet...
