A-arm bushing steel sleeve

I am working on a set of 73+ lower arms and I am to the pint that I am removing the shafts to replace the bushings. I got the shafts out by drilling holes around the rubber and pounding them out. The outer sleeve of the rubber bushings are still in the arm. Any tips for removing these? I can tell that the inside portion has the edge pinged, so I am guessing I need to bend that edge back in before I can get the sleeves out.
