Thumbs up Engine swap on k5

Hello,
So I have been thinking about swapping my 305 on my K5 4x4 to a 350. I actually have a 1994 Chevrolet Silverado with a 350 TBI and 460lE I believe will have to double check the transmission to be sure. I have seen so many swaps on older models, with 5.3 and 6.0 so I figure there is not much difference between these 4 engines. So if you have done something like this on your trucks, what are some of the challenges that I will be looking into. Please keep in mind that the donor truck has everything that I will need to transfer over to the K5. The 305 carb, still runs and drives, but I would like to make it my daily driver and 10mpg does not do it for me right now. Trying not to break the bank doing this. Both trucks were given to me, so I have really invested about 800 in to the K5 so far for small stuff. Thanks in advance.
