Need help with some door parts

Getting back to working on my truck after taking a few months off. Working on the door latches.

I got the passenger door together pretty easily, but the driver door had a surprise. The threaded plates in the door jam are missing. I have looked online in the typical sources: LMC, Classic, etc. and have not been able to locate them.

Any suggestions who might sell them? or a forum supplier that could pull them from a rotted out cab?

Also just curious, I purchased some reproduction door mechanisms, but it appears that the mounting plates are reversed. I can make them work OK, but will likely have to drill a new hole for the 3rd bolt. Am I missing something? These were from LMC and I looked on other websites and the pictures are the same as my parts.
