I'm new to this site

I will have a lot of questions and will need mechanical guidence from you guys with the restoration of my 64 fleetside. I do have something to offer which is guidence on anything to do with paint related questions. I painted cars for 18 yrs mostly at a Mercedes dealership and worked on anything from Aston Martin to Ferraris. Ive been in 7 major car shows and never taken 2nd place. Im not bragging i just had the desire to learn my field well. Im not a body and frame guy im a painter and my strengths are bare metal up to the final buffing and everything in between those two points. I now work making paint for the largest paint company world wide. The plant i work for makes and fills about 40,000 gallons a day. I have access to the tech line and the chemist that deveop new products. I will be happy to help any way i can and hope i can get help on the technical end from you guys.
