Saved another awesome old work truck. C30.

So I have had my eye on this one for the last week and finally got the call to come get it. 1972 c30 10 lug. 6.17 h110. 292 rebuilt with an isky cam I don't know what spec it is. Pertronix. 4 speed and a 35ft working hieght versalift Baker bucket. I was in the signs and rigging business for quite a while and love old bucket trucks and work trucks so this had to come home with me. This was an original Atlantic electric truck in NJ. It had a wood ladder boom on it till the late 90s when they switched over to the versalift. The cab is a bit beat from being a working with it all its life but the motors sweet the trans is good and all in all a cool truck that will hang out by me for a while.

Only question I have is can anyone point me to some info on the heavy duty brake system where the booster is under the cab. Something is not right because when I hit the brakes the vacuum surge stalls the motor.

What do you guys think? I will grab more pics tommorow
