Then I started to look more closely at the cab corner and the front of the step fender... they looked an awful lot a like...
So if, you flip the DS cab corner piece upside down, cut the correct end of it off and trim the ends to fit over the fender trim... it's pretty dang close. I still had to gently tweak it a bit, but it was a HUGE improvement and it "matches" how far "forward/back" the piece goes on the cab corner.
