'74 Step Side roll cage

I just bought a '74 SWB Step side with a goal of daily driver with some strip use. I'm going to add a cage with removable swingouts. Wondering how folks are handling the down bars routing from the main hoop to the bed. Primarily interested in routing/sealing the cab exit and the placement in the bed since it is a style side. This will be my first truck with a cage so sorry for the newb question.

Pics would be great if you have them.

FYI I'm not new here I just changed my primary email/username and went with a new registration as it was easier, I used to be ericpost
