Help w/ shackle bushing

85 k20. Talking about the bushings that go on the upper Front shackle- the ones that go thru the frame. I pulled the bushing and mic'd the hole at 1.1 inch.
Everything I find online (Energy Suspension, Prothane, Sky Jacker, etc.) show bushings for 1 3/8" or 1 3/4". Am I measuring it wrong? It does have a shoulder that is larger diameter but it seems odd to measure it there and not the part the actually goes inside the mounting bracket.
