Taking apart a short box

I just want to make sure before I buy this short box of this guy.... all the panels on a short bed fleet side unbolt so I can just bolt on a new panel that’s dented with out cutting and welding? I’m going to cut my lwb 70 down to a Swb and about to guy this bed off this guy but I needs a new driver side in the bed...
