need a source or part number

i need a source for the 4 little nylon inserts on each door bottom that the trim screws go into, they snap into the metal door and the trim screws go through the door panel then screw into these. mine have been enlarged to only hold a #12 sheet metal screw which is way too large, I think the original for a 1971 c10 uses #8 trim screws with a washer on them.
I ordered a complete set of 8 screws and washers from lmc, but they appear to be 1/4" with machine threads ( way too large) which is not what goes in my door? I called lmc and got no help what so ever? all they said was send the screws back for a refund! this is not my concern, I need to mount my new door panels and I found a thread on this site that gave part numbers and screw sizes but i haven't located the nylon (nuts) inserts?
