Well, that decision got made....

I am in the process of taking apart the rear section of my truck to clean, rust treat, and paint the rear frame, arms, and rear diff. Got the shocks off with and panyard bar broken loose with little trouble - thank you PB Blaster.

Was taking off the two hard lines (tossed) and rubber line (tossed) and as I was breaking loose the long line from the front to the back from the rear rubber line I was thinking "I wonder if I can save this piece?" Well, I didn't notice the line was not turning in the nut and I twisted the end of the line off. Rookie mistake but my question about reusing the old line is answered. I already knew not to reuse it, but sometimes I have frugal thoughts.

Now I just gotta figure out what to order going from four wheel manual drum to power disc front, drum rear. Any suggestions from those with experience?
