"TED" my fat tire 56

Hello to all. I have been lurking here reading and learning as much as possible about building a 56 truck. I have built quite a few first gen camaro, a 66 chevy II, and a few square body 4X4.

I found a 56 SWB that was tubbed several years ago. It was basically tacked together, almost like a mockup. I was able to buy it and have now disassembled it back down to the frame to do some updates. I am putting one of my BBC engines in it. My plan is to make it dependable, somewhat quick, and leave the patina it has acquired. The pictures attached is from when we brought it home. My son and I were trying to decided what ride height we both liked before we started tearing it down.

I look forward to learning..
