Truck don't sit level after front end work???

Hello all,
I have a 1954 3100. I installed brand new 2" drop spindles, new coil springs, new upper and lower control arms.
Now the front of my truck sits almost 2" lower on the left side compared to the right.
I know all of the new parts were exactly the same per side. I also checked to make sure I have both coil springs seated properly.
I am really lost right now on why. The truck was level side to side before I started this work.
