What's it worth? 1971 GMC C30 Longhorn Sierra Grande

Gents,

I'm looking at buying this truck. 151,000 original miles with factory A/C, tilt, and AM/FM radio. The original 402 and TH400 transmission have been professionally rebuilt and are ready to be installed. The owner removed the front clip to pull the engine and transmission as a unit. It's very straight but has rusty rocker panels and cab corners. It's 100% complete. It has been sitting in his garage since 1994. He bought it in 1976.

Any idea on approximate value?
