65 on a 70 frame

How hard would it be to put a 65 cab on a 70 frame . I have a 65 short service body truck with manual everything . Have a 70 frame with power steering and have a front cross member from a 74 for disc brakes . My reasoning is I could build the 70 frame before taking the body off the 65 frame .

Or am I better off using the 65 frame with the 74 cross member and adding power steering ? Future build but gathering info .
