Pinion angle variance on a '66
My tranny is at 5 degrees down and my diff is 4 degrees up. The smallest shim available seems to be 2 degrees. Do I even have a problem? Reason I even ask is that the U joint in my tranny yoke has worn into a "glitchy" tight spot after only about a thousand miles. The glitch is where it normally rides in the yoke while driving and is only on the caps in the yoke side. The tube side caps are smooth as new.
