Voltage drop on acc

I'm pretty sure I'm going to need another switch. So the issue is on acc or what power is coming off my switch to my fuse box is showing 1.0 difference than what I have on hot. So things get power when the key is on is showing 12.4 while it's on. Battery and alt show 14.5 wire from the starter to the fuse box show 14.5 . power coming from the fuse box to switch 14.5 switch out 13.5

Just want to see if anybody experience this or is this normal?
